Assist director to manage and develop office rules and regulations, inspect employees to understand and abide them
Ensure all administration works in high quality including reception, office hygiene, security and facility
Manage company asset including products in show room, stationery and office suppliers to prevent loss and wasting, purchase stationery and office suppliers, marketing materials and gift.
File and update all company documents, extend office registration, renew car insurance and other documents, apply working visa for foreign employees.
Manage employee attendance and vacation schedule, procedure of staff acceptance and demission, employees’ job requirement and work list according to company rules and requirement, coordinate with HR department of headquarter.
Translate contracts, documents, company website, presentation, product catalog and brochure between Kazakhstan, Russian and English efficiently.
Coordinate efficiently among bank, outsourcing accounting agent and Financial Department of headquarter to ensure payment, financial documents and procedure are complied with local laws and company rules.
Submit monthly office bank statement and quarterly office budget, handle all office payment, management and reimbursement of office cash fund strictly according to company rules and procedure.
All other administrative job assigned by Director.
Requirements for the Candidate:
Foreign languages: English, Kazakh, Russian - fluency.
Executive force, initiative, learning capacity, communication skills, planning capability, interpersonal understanding skill, flexibility, team-work.
Experience: 3 years.
Schedule: 09: 00-18 : 00 , 5/2 .
